1) What is meaning of S2?
S2 is brand name for the ultra slim light box. It means Simple & Saving. Actually, we can figure many S to describe our products, namely, smart, slim, etc. Our clients will know ultra slim light box is so simple to be used, and of course, it can save up to 80% energy consumption compare to the traditional light box.
2) What is your company’s core competition ability?

About Product
3) If we’d like to buy some samples to test, how?
We’d love to offer the potential clients samples. Please feel free to call us or write email to tell us what you want. According to the different inquiries, we will inform you total charge of sample and delivery fee. Once payment for samples is effected, samples would be delivered by express courier as soon as possible.
4) What about quote prices, and products catalogue?
We’d love our clients to ask for quotation price and products catalogue based on the clients’ needs. We hope our clients offer a relative correct information and make a fast response or decision to our quotation for both sides. Also, we normally quote FOB shanghai. If clients need CIF price, please let us know.

5) How about payment terms?
Normally, we accept T/T advanced.
6) Can the clients point the shipper?
Yes, they can. However, before clients pointed the shipper, please make sure familiar with them and their ability. Please be mentioned, if our company arranges the shipment, like one-stop purchase, maybe easy for the clients. Anyway, it is up to the clients.
